
Refund Policy
There will be no cancellations, exchanges or refunds unless the product is damaged.

The gallery takes great care to ensure that the items that our clients purchase are in good condition before shipping. In the unfortunate event that the items received are damaged, the client is advised to thoroughly document the damage/loss and e-mail them to studio1.iligan@gmail.com for claims processing.

When contacting us to initiate a refund, please include:

Attached images of damaged item and packaging. Video of the client receiving the package and unboxing. Close up photos of the damaged areas and images of the entire item.

The customer will be required to email photo proof of damage and has 10 working days from date of delivery to fulfill the return ensuring the art is repacked in its original packaging and condition.

Returns will be subject to the following:

For on-site purchases, report of damages must be made prior to issuance of the release form. For online purchases, damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You have a valid receipted invoice

The artwork is in it’s original condition and packaging to enable it to be re-sold

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact studio1.iligan@gmail.com if you have any questions.

The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7-14 days for the item to reach its destination for local deliveries.
We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
You must return the goods within 10 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our returns form & email at your risk and cost.
Note that all returns will be checked upon authenticity and status. We reserve the right to reject any refund or deduct from refundable amounts for property damage not related to shipment mishandling by the courier service.

Validated claims will be credited in accordance with the payment method for purchasing the item. The client may either process a cash refund or item exchange equivalent to the refund amount. Cash refunds are processed within five days from the claim validation, while credit card refunds may take seven to fourteen working days.

Refunds and exchanges will be approved only after the artwork will be accepted by the gallery and after the client receives a written message of approval from the gallery.

In the event of that a refund or exchange is approved by the gallery:

The client must return the artwork in its original packaging.

The item will be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase and its accompanying certificate of authenticity.
